Most of you who follow Nikole and myself know that we were in Florida last month. One of the most common questions we were getting asked is if we were Moving to Florida. The answer is, Maybe!

We were actually down in Florida to look for investment properties as we are growing our Airbnb Business down to the US and starting with Orlando. Also we are looking for a Property that we can Rent out, but also use as our Winter Family home so we can escape the Canadian winters.

Real Estate prices in our area of Canada have gotten a little out of hand, so we are looking else where for investments that make more sense and the US has so many great opportunities.

We have also had a few conversations with some Immigration lawyers to see what the process is for us to get a Visa for the US. We are definitely open to the idea of moving down there as we always love the time we spend down south.
