Life rarely provides a convenient time to transition to a healthier lifestyle. In this interview, Alexis describes how her struggles with addiction and the loss of her son were not going to keep her from embracing a healthy whole foods plant-based diet, and lifestyle. She reveals all her favorite tips and hacks for succeeding on a healthy diet when those around her are doing the opposite. She is also a successful WFPB weight loss candidate losing over 21-pounds in just 3 months. Alexis was also able to improve her sleep, energy, positive outlook, and chronic pain by eating a plant-based, vegan diet. She is a massive inspiration for all who are attempting the difficult transition to a healthy plant-based diet.
