What is up pretty people! I'm back after quite the hiatus, lol. I'm excited to share this video with y'all, however. I've been reading a lot more since Ms.Rona came into our lives and Carl Newport's Digital Minimalism made the book list.

I really enjoyed this book as it really encouraged me to radically change the way I approach technology, social media, all that good stuff. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with doom scrolling and social media addiction especially during these times.
