Towers can now be placed and will target foes who walk past!

I record these a bit in advance, but if you want to suggest things go for it! If you want to follow along (or do something similar), this is using GMS 2.3 because the new language features are really nice. 2.3 is currently in open beta, so if you haven't installed it yet you can find it as a download option in your YYG account.
