The Red Devils are yet to bring in any reinforcements with the new Premier League campaign just weeks away but appear to be closing in on a move to land Ajax and Netherlands star Van de Beek.

United have reached a £40.3million agreement with Ajax over the last few days and the 23-year-old Dutchman looks destined to become the club’s first signing of the transfer window.
