✅want to have them in hand? after chicken has been breaded place in baking sheet in single layer than freeze until mixture is dry then place in ziplock bag and freeze for up to 1 month


Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup cornstarch (sorry I said 1/2c in video)
2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
salt I used 2 tsp
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayo
1 1/2- 2lbs chicken breast(cut into bite size or smaller)
Oil for frying
1 serving of love 💕
