We're taking the best out of two of my favorite meals and creating General Tso's Ribs. These ribs taste even better than that delicious favorite Chinese food dish and they're a great twist on BBQ ribs. Heck I can't wait to cook them up again. We managed to get the perfect bite on these and the flavor was spot on with the combination of sauce, rub, and some hints of smoke thanks to the peach chunks.
