In order to get financing, banks look at your credit score, savings, and income. With the current state of the economy, banks are going to be less likely to finance.

What am I doing about it? I'm refinancing all of my properties. On top of that, I'm going to sell anything that I'm not planning on keeping for at least 5 years. I'm going to hold onto my cash and wait for the good opportunities ahead!
