Ms. Todd tells her personal story of being born with Muscular Dystrophy and raised in Jamaica. She recounts a sequence of difficult life events and her resulting feelings of alienation, fear, abandonment and despair. She describes eventually finding God as One who is close to the brokenhearted, saves those who are crushed in spirit, and does not make any mistakes in His creation. Ms. Todd recounts God’s faithfulness to her in sustaining her life, providing her with a loving partner and caretaker in her husband Jeff, and giving her a fruitful ministry in global missions, through which she has seen thousands come to Christ. She closes by exhorting believers to help people with disabilities actualize their full God-given potential, unto His glory.
