Handball goalkeeper training - jumps to improve coordination, strength and goalkeeper movements

In this video we show you how to do an intensive goalkeeper training with two books with many goalkeeper specific jumps and movements. The focus of the video training is on improving coordination, strength and various jumps, as well as various goalkeeper movements. All exercises are shown in different levels of difficulty, so that there is an optimal exercise for every player. The exercises can be done at home, outdoors or during any indoor training.

Intensity: The exercises are designed for a repetition rate of approx. 10-15 repetitions, or a load time of 30 seconds. If you want the training to be more intensive, you can simply do several passes.

Remark: The hurdle height (here with book width) in the video is about 12-15 cm
