A Quick Breakfast Idea: My Protein Pancakes Recipe. #SHORT

🥞 If you know me, you know how much I love my protein pancakes.

They’re such an easy way to get a protein rich, delicious breakfast or snack.

So here you go:
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
BLEND!

🫐 Top with fruit, a little bit of honey, and enjoy!
