A review of tobacco use and treatment strategies for individuals with co-occurring substance use disorder and mental illness, and/or those who are HIV infected. Learning Objectives - Participants will: 1. Identify the prevalence and impact of tobacco use specific to the clinical populations. 2. Learn to adapt tobacco intervention strategy to appropriately address co-morbidity factors. 3. Review at least 6 coping techniques to assist with the development of a personalized tobacco recovery plan. |
