In the month of July, 2021, our 4 Airbnb properties brought in over $85k in revenue from bookings. This was a record month for us and certainly higher than our average monthly revenue. This just goes to show the power of short term vacation rentals and how much money they can bring in if done right!

Our cash flow, after all mortgages and operating expenses paid, and after splitting the cash flow on one of the properties with our partners for that specific Airbnb, we brought in a CASH FLOW over $50k…

We started investing in short term rentals at the end of 2019 and quickly realized the cash flow potential they possess. We quickly scaled to 4 properties. We own three of these ourselves and split one of them with another investor 50/50.

We became financially free in less than 12 months and we quit our corporate jobs to do Airbnb full time in 16 months! I say this to you, because my wife and I truly believe that if we can do it, so can you!!

Not only do we reap the benefits of cash flow each month, but we also gain significant equity in each of these properties every month through principal pay down on the loans and appreciation! This is what makes owning real estate the number one wealth building tool in the world.

This is how you can build your net worth significantly over time.

Reinvest the cash flow into more properties and the snowball grows and compounds faster and faster over time. The key is JUST GETTING STARTED and never look back.

We became net worth millionaires early in 2021 by investing in properties, doing rehab on two out of the four, and riding the appreciation wave. Not only that, but if we wanted to sell these properties, we’re not just selling a house, we’re selling a business. We have a proven model in the way we furnish and market these properties to significantly boost the value they possess. Our net equity position in these properties exceeds $1M. This is something I never thought possible for us… especially at the age of 28!

I share my investments in detail and share the monthly breakdown of revenue, expenses, cash flow, etc. in hopes to pull back the curtain most investors and content creators put up - I want to provide full transparency to all viewers in hopes to inspire and encourage others to begin their investing journey as well. You do NOT HAVE TO RELY solely on a 401k or an IRA (nor should you in my opinion) in order to retire. You can become financially free and “retire” in your 20s or 30s if you implement and execute strategies in real estate, especially short term rentals.

Even if you are a beginner in real estate investing or a beginner in any form of investing, do NOT let that discourage you from starting. Everyone has to start from ground zero at some point!

There are even ways to start with less or even NO MONEY if necessary. You can do rental arbitrage, house hacking, cohosting on Airbnb. You don’t even have to own the property or have good credit to start on Airbnb. The possibilities are limitless.
