An NBC 10 viewer wrote in to Ask Alison about the plans for an empty lot in Providence.

The plot of land is at the corner of Smith and Orms streets.

A Providence city spokesperson confirmed to NBC 10 News that site is owned by Champion Realty Corporation and that it has been vacant for several years.
