The man famous for looking after visiting world leaders and royalty was laid to rest today at a humble whānau urupā in Manutuke. The legacy of Lewis Moeau was celebrated by hundreds of mourners at Te Pahou Marae this morning. Eulogies flowed for a man who was a special leader of his whanau, hapu and iwi. And as Irena Smith reports, his contribution to the nation was also proudly acknowledged.
