Tempeh Orek (Sweet & Spicy Tempeh Stir Fry) Gorva Manila

1 pack (350g) fresh tempeh
5-6 cloves minced garlic
1 medium-size chopped onion
1-2 pcs chopped Thai chili pepper
1/8 cup chopped onion leeks
1 tbsp brown sugar
2-3 tbsp Indofood sweet soy sauce
1/4 cup water
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste

π—¦π˜π—²π—½π˜€
1. Slice the tempeh into small cuts and fry until golden brown. Remove excess oil and set aside.
2. Heat some cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute garlic, onion, and chilis until soft. Stir in fried tempeh and add some water
3. Season with sweet soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Add some leeks and stir to combine.
4. Serve over rice and garnish with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
