Alarming trends in Massachusetts housing market highlighted in new Boston Foundation report
The 2022 Greater Boston Housing Report Card shows alarming trends on multiple fronts, including home sale prices, rising rental costs and inequality in housing access. Soni Gupta, associate vice president of neighborhoods and housing with The Boston Foundation, and Luc Schuster, senior director of Boston Indicators, joined Jim Braude to discuss.

Then there are those big oil objectors who threw tomato soup on a Van Gogh. So what kinds of protests are the most likely to succeed? Stephen Duncombe, professor and co-founder and research director for the Center for Artistic Activism at NYU, joined Jim to discuss what makes a successful protest and when they distract from their cause.
