This video illustrates two of the important clinical exam findings associated with complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in the knee: The Lachman's Test and the Pivot-Shift Test. Both are positive in this patient, who ruptured his ACL graft after undergoing reconstruction with an allograft. We are going to reconstruct his ACL with a BTB AUTOgraft.
