Bhangra is a high-energy dance from the Punjab region of Southeast Asia. It is a dance of joy & expression, performed and celebrated around the world. Now you can learn Bhangra dance steps with our easy-to-follow, step-by-step tutorials.

Chaal Explanation: Squat and get low, with your knees facing outward, and your heels further apart than your knees so that the back of your knee is an obtuse angle. Lightly raise your heel from one foot to the other in this stance as you keep your back straight and your hands at chest level. Make sure to bounce your chest and shoulders while keeping your arms flexed.

Muscles Used: Gastrocnemius, Quadriceps, Hip Flexors, Gluteus, Abdominals, Erector Spinae, Deltoids, Pectoralis (Minor)
