We are doing longer cardio hiit intervals today, demanding and extremely fat burning hiit workout. This workout today challenges you to work for 90 seconds and rest for 15 seconds transition to the next exercise. We are doing combination of low impact and high impact cardio exercises to promote weight loss! We have 16 different bodyweight exercises today. Let's burn calories, tone and sculpt our full body with this metabolic cardio intervals.
90 second intervals are very demanding, so take more breaks if you need. Super sweaty and high intensity workout will burn a lot of calories in short time as well as tone and sculpt your full body! Make sure to stay hydrated, smile and do your absolutely best!
