A well rounded chair yoga class that includes stretches for the neck, shoulders and spine, leg stretches and a standing sequence to help strengthen the legs & improve balance.
All poses are practiced sitting in the chair or standing with the chair close by for support. This practice is great for seniors and for anyone who finds getting to the floor difficult.
