You can not make LinkedIn Connections into Page Followers.

You can however do the following:

#1 - Let your LinkedIn Network know about your LinkedIn Page and encourage them to follow it.
#2 - Engage on LinkedIn as your Page and let even more people discover your page.
#3 - Share your LinkedIn Page Posts as yourself so more people can discover what you share thru your LinkedIn Page.
#4 - Invite your LinkedIn Network to follow your LinkedIn Page thru the Page management tools.
#5 - Email your Networks outside of LinkedIn and let them know about your page and the great content you share there that they may find useful.
