In this guide, we are going to discuss the importance of proteins. Proteins are essential for our body to function correctly. They help build and repair tissues, create enzymes and hormones, and transport molecules throughout our bodies. Without enough protein, we may experience fatigue, weakness, and a weakened immune system.
