Kurkure bhel Ingredients Onion – 2 medium sized Tomato – 2 small sized Carrot – one medium sized Fresh coriander (chopped) – 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint – 1 tablespoon Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons Cucumber – 1 medium sized Chaat Masala – 1 tablespoon Pepper – 1 teaspoon Kurkure Packet (masala munch) – One large packet Masala Peanuts – one small packet Salt as per taste. Method Take a large bowl and add chopped onions, chopped coriander, chopped tomatoes, chopped mint, chopped cucumber, grated carrot, chaat masala, pepper powder, salt and mix well. Finally add kurkure and peanuts. Garnish with coriander, lemon juice and serve immediately. Bread Samosa Ingredients For crust- Bread Packet – one large Refined Flour – 2 tablespoons Water as needed Oil – for deep frying For filling – 4 tbsp refined oil Cumin – 1 tablespoon Onion – 3 medium sized Chopped Garlic – 1 tablespoon Capsicum – 2 medium sized Potatoes (boiled and smashed) – 3 medium sized Turmeric – ½ teaspoon Mint – 2 table spoon Coriander – 2 table spoon Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon Chilli powder – 2 teaspoons Chat Masala – 1 teaspoon Salt as per taste Method – For the filling- Heat refined oil in a pan. Add cumin,chopped onions and sauté till they turn translucent. Add garlic, garam masala, chopped capsicum, chat masala, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, turmeric and mix well. Add boiled potatoes & mash them well with the mixture. Let it cook for 2 minutes on a slow flame. Add chopped coriander and chopped mint and keep it aside. For samosa – Cut the edges of the bread slices and roll them flat. Fold them and make cones by applying little maida and water mix to the edges of bread (to avoid breakage). Fill the potato filling and seal the cone. Heat refined oil in a pan. Deep fry the bread samosas until golden or golden brown in colour. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with tomato sauce.
