Recipe:
2 to 3 very ripe bananas mashed (extra for topping)
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 to 4 tsps honey as desired
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon bicarb of soda
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if desired)
