🔥 This FUNdamental skill is called “bike body separation” and it’s attained by staying evenly weighted through the feet, and using arms and legs as your natural suspension. 🤓 Did you know that riding a set of stairs is PERFECT practice for gnarly, chunky terrain? ❓Why? Because the “stimuli” (e.g. the change in steepness) are much more “ordered” and “isolated” than they are on the trails. Also, the surface is usually grippier. 💪 That’s why SESSIONING steps (riding them several times and concentrating on a clean execution of the skills) is AMAZING to automatize the skills you need for harder, chunkier terrain! 💞 Do you find this helpful?
