Feeling a little burnt out after the festive period? In this 40 minute practice we will stretch, massage and nourish the area around our adrenal glands and kidneys.
Responsible for our stress responses, and how are recover from stress it is important to make sure these areas are kept in good condition. When we find ourselves in long term stressful environments our adrenals can bear the burden leaving us feeling fatigue, irritability with poor sleep, higher blood pressure and irregular blood sugar levels. Stay nice and low to the ground in this session as move and breath in ways to nourish the body...with a little bit of chanting thrown in for good measure. This practice invites you to get curious, invite in a new consciousness, and stake care of yourself from the inside out. Ending with a long deep relaxation to make us feel really rested!
