We are seeing the end of the post-war international order, according to global affairs specialist Jamie Metzl. He tells “On Balance” that China, Russia and Iran are all testing the bonds between the U.S. and our traditional allies. Metzl says the Trump administration “decimated” our allies’ faith in the U.S., making us weaker. He hopes that Joe Biden will realize we can’t be so afraid of conflict that we cede territory to our adversaries.
