Russia has asked its citizens to refrain from travelling to the Middle East amid speculation of Iranian attack on Israel. “We strongly recommend that Russian citizens refrain from travelling to the region, especially to Israel, Lebanon and the Palestinian territories, except in cases of extreme necessity,” a statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry said, as per Reuters. The U.S. and its allies have said that a drone or missile attack by Iran or its proxies on Israel is imminent.
