Mexico's AMLO has 80% approval, despite media lies & US meddling

video thumbnail
Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) is one of the most popular leaders on Earth, with an 80% approval rating, according to polling firm Gallup. Ben Norton discusses how corporate media outlets have absurdly smeared him as "authoritarian", and the US government has funded right-wing opposition groups, meddling in Mexico's internal affairs, while the candidate Claudia Sheinbaum from AMLO's left-wing Morena party was on the verge of winning the election.
