Everything I ate, WHY and recipes! π
. π₯ Shamrock Creami- I just find these SO satisfying! Protein, fat and carbs to keep me feelin' full then this one has apple, spinach and banana for a slewwww of micronutrients. If you don't have it yet click the link in below to join the no food rules fam! . π Lemon Puppy Chow- ya girlie just wanted somethin' sweet mid morning so I honored the craving! We made this over the weekend and used @spaceshipsandlaserbeams recipe . π― Salmon salad kit pita w/ grapes- Salad kits are my love language LOL! They're so versatile and easy! I like the salmon burgers from Costco (adding protein and carb to a kit helps them be filling) then grapes on the side for a bit of sweetness + refreshment + I was still hungry! . π Cinny sugar tortilla chips + Strawberry yogurt dip- this recipe just went up in the app recently and it's divineee! I used a wheat wrap for a a bit of fiber (keeps ya regularπ© and feeling full/satisfied) and then paired with the protein from the yogurt = serious staying power! Search for "strawberry salsa" in my app! . π£ Apricot Pecan Salmon + potatoes + veggies- 2 tbsp apricot jam mixed w/ 2 tsp dijon mustard. Smear this on salmon, top with pecans and bake @ 400 F for 12-15 min. Sauteed up canned potatoes (such a fast cooking hack!) with EVOO + seasoning + the hubs was in charge of veggies on the @blackstone . π₯ Mango + whip- Everyone is obsessed with the texture of frozen banana but mango is just as legit! This combo has been a fave of mine for yearssss! I was a tad hungry later on and usually like something sweet to end the day! .
