Brown 1 pound of lean ground beef until fully cooked Add: 3 TBS taco seasoning 1 10 ounce can of Rotes diced tomatoes and green chiles In a well greased cupcake pan place 1 wonton wrapper in each hole. Add 1 - 1 1/2 TBS of the meat mixture. Add some cheese (I used taco cheese) on top of the beef mixture. Then add another wonton wrapper and press down. Add another layer of beef mixture, a little taco sauce, and then cheese. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until wonton wrappers get crispy and cheese has melted! Makes 12 taco cups! Enjoy! |
