Our founder. CEO, President,

Shihan Raja Khalid Mahmood Janjua the CEO and founder of Raja’s Martial Arts & fitness Gym and President & Branch Chief World So-Kyokushin Pakistan, is serving the martial arts and fitness industry for 4 long decades.
He started his journey in 1979 in Shotokan karate, Kyokushin Karate, got Black belt in both Karate style.
He decided to Continue Kyokushinkai Karate Training with his Teacher Shihan Inamullah Khan. Early 90’s he went USA to Participate in International Kyokushin Karate Championship.
He Trained with Kancho Henry oh, Chairman of NAKO and Soshu Shigeru Oyama. He also had special training sessions with Legends of Kyokushin Karate and Different Martial Arts Styles in Canada, USA , UK, Japan and all over the World.
For his Passion for Martial arts and to promote it among his countrymen he started his own Gym and Martial Arts setup in Pakistan back in 2017 .
In 2017 he left USA for good after successful period of 27 long years and moved back to Pakistan to teach Pakistani Youth personally and make the most of it.

Karate: So-Kyokushin

Karate is considered as a weaponless means for self-defense.
Karate offers a complete full body workout, helping with weight loss and overall health and fitness. Few benefits of karate are stated below.

Kick boxing:

kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport that is a mix of Karate, Muay Thai and Western Boxing. It combines powerful kicks from Karate and agile handwork from boxing and is practiced as for fitness, self-defense and also as a contact sport.
It has cardiovascular benefits and increases the strength of the body and also help with the weight loss and increases fitness.

Boxing:

Boxing does not require any introduction it is a very popular sport and had great many legends like Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson to name a few. We offer boxing classes at Raja’s gym and fitness for boxing enthusiast to learn and promote our country’s name like boxing star Amir Khan.

MMA:

MMA is exactly what its name suggests, it is a mix of different martial arts you can use any part of your body to strike at any part of the body of your opponent of course with the exception of a few.
It requires discipline, sharpness and stamina to survive in the ring. Many Pakistani’s are representing their nation at international level in MMA. We have experienced trainer which offer special training classes for MMA at our gym with the focus on core development and technique.

Women’s Self-defense classes:

Every person should have the right to protect themselves from any possible conflict specially women as they are the most vulnerable without any training. That is Why we are providing classes with specialized female trainers to our female clients to teach them the skills and techniques needed to defend themselves.
