I'm a really bad blogger and didn't keep it up, so I just canceled the subscription to whatever site service I was using. The exercises I did were deadlifts, the hip abduction machine, hip thrusts, and weighted donkey kicks. I'm soooo sorry that that page isn't available anymore. I really wish I still had my gym notebook from back then so I could write it all out down here.
