Korea′s global broadcaster Arirang TV has sealed an MOU with Brazil′s Rede TV， for production， program and personnel exchanges.
Brazil′s fifth largest broadcaster， established in 1999，... is considered a relatively new player in the country′s TV industry， but its transmission range already covers 85 percent of Brazil.
The exchange deal will further expand Arirang TV′s reach to the rising number of K－pop and Korean culture fans in Brazil， an estimated 250－thousand，... accounting for a quarter of all Hallyu fans in South America.
