Kelly Rutherford of Gossip Girl Books Guest Role on Bones Season 9

Kelly Rutherford, most known for her role as Lily van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, is returning to TV with a new guest spot on Bones season 9!

Bones recruits a Gossip Girl alum for an upcoming season 9 episode. Zap2It reports that Kelly Rutherford, aka Lily Van der Woodsen, has been tapped to play a wealthy old friend of Jack Hodgins, who comes back into his life when her brother becomes a murder suspect. There is no set date for Rutherford's TV return, but she'll likely make her Bones debut once the show makes its move from Mondays to Friday nights later this season.
