Workplaces are in many ways learning environments, so there may be connections between how instructional designers approach creating inclusive online learning experiences with how managers and leaders can approach building inclusive online meetings.

In this interview, Dr. Juhong Christie Liu from JMU Libraries discusses the many factors workplace leaders can consider when intentionally focused on creating inclusive online workplace interactions. In particular, Dr. Liu explores the context of informal learning environments, which can take the form of workplace online meetings.
