A British teacher who battled breast cancer with no family support while living in Dubai 'almost fainted' when her best friend surprised her as she left a chemo session - having flown over in secret for her pal.
Sian Moss was diagnosed with aggressive triple negative breast cancer in May this year while working in the UAE, just a week before her 29th birthday.
