Technology that has been growing exponentially has now become disruptive. But, employments will not possibly go down due to the technology disruption, however, will transform.
Infrastructure required to expose the next generation students is at a highly unimaginable size, and hence there is a need to resort to the digital learning. The Government of India has come up with initiatives like SWAYAM, the Government's own digital learning portal. We are at a stage to improve the GER, for which rather than constructing physical infrastructures, creating digital learning infrastructures will be an optimal solution.
Education 4.0 focuses on how concepts is taught rather than what is being taught to align itself with the evolving industry 4.0
