One Ski Skiing and Getting The Most Out Of It |

One ski skiing usually gets people to focus on balance and I find thats where the focus stops. Really to get the most out of it you should be concentrating on getting the same mechanics as if you had both skis on. Otherwise there is very little carry over other than your sense of balance being “heightened”. Use the drill as an exercise to really master what your inside leg inside knee and inside hip should be felling and moving like when you ski. Very enlightening exercise. Thanks to Miro Miro for the footage and Burke Mtn Ski Academy for the excellent skier I would be trying to emulate when doing this exercise.
