Awarded the Cultural Medallion for Visual Arts in 2005, Chng Seok Tin, the well-known Singapore artist talks about her early interest in art, her education at NAFA, and further art studies abroad, in particular on printmaking, and her visual impairment. She also shared about the people who encouraged her to go on after the setback, and her words of encouragement to others about the unpredictability of life. The video also includes numerous footages of her prolific artworks in the various periods of her life. The 17-minute video was recorded on 25 August 2007, in Mandarin, with English subtitles, as part of the NORA (National Online Repository of the Arts) project.
