Barreless Arm + Core Workout | 20 Minute Upper Body Burn | Dumbbells Only

Grab a set of dumbbells (3-5lbs) and a mat if you're doing this barefoot. We will be standing the entire workout, so the mat is optional. After a quick 2 minute warm-up, this barre-inspired arm and core workout is 20 minutes of non-stop work! We have 16 different exercises. Every exercise will be performed for one minute each. After the minute is up, we will hold an isometric pulse/pose for 15 seconds as a baRECOVERY. During that 15 second "recovery", look in the upper left-hand corner for the next exercise. I will also walk you through it verbally as well. If you need to take a break and/or lighten the load, do it! This is your workout and you control the intensity. It will become progressively more challenging as the time increases. Let's barre so hard my friends : )

Moving to 130bpm throughout - slow down the tempo if needed, this is your workout 😀
