What I Eat In A Day || No Restriction, Intuitive, Plant Based Eating

Hey love bugs!!

I was always sort of hesitant about this, but I decided to do a 'What I eat in a day' video to show you that recovery from an eating disorder is possible. That you can have food freedom.

I am not a registered dietitian, nor a nutritionist, so I am not offering advice. I am simply showing what can be possible. I tried to be as honest as I can (took a lot for me to remember to film whenever I ate haha! It wasn't first nature!) to show you that eating a "plant based diet" doesn't have to come with of that. You can eat freely and in alignment with whom you truly are, yet not have to give yourself any sort of title.

I hope this was in some way helpful! That's always my goal with any of these videos. I'd love to hear your thoughts down below in the comments section!
