I cannot think of a worse time regarding buying a new house or buying a new construction home. In my opinion, homebuyers placing security deposits down on dirt lots where the house isn’t going to be completed for months is very risky given specific trends in our housing market.
Are we in a housing bubble? Will real-estate crash? Is there a housing crisis? How do credit reports work? What are the new Tax laws? Is buying a house now, or in 2023 a bad idea? Or a good one?
