In this video, I compare and contrast the data between the Apple Watch Series 7 and the Fitbit Sense in a variety of different metrics that both watches offer.

Both watches track various activities, tho the Apple Watch can track more exercises than the Fitbit can. The data compared are mainly heart rate, calories, distance, HRV, sleep tracking, and much more.

Overall, both trackers are fair against each other, with the Fitbit focusing more on health data, but the Apple Watch does not lag behind. With third-party apps, the Apple Watch can provide access to as much data as the Fitbit without needing to pay a monthly subscription to access this data like the Fitbit.
