Shoulder Press 3 x 10 @ 20kg
Walking Lunges 3 x 12 Each Leg @ 7.5kg dumbells
Step Ups 3 x 12 Each Leg @ 7.5kg dumbells
Front + Side Raises 3 x 20 @ 2.5kg dumbells

Alex:
Deadlift: 3 Rep Max 160kg then 3 sets at 145kg

4 Rounds:
400m Ski Erg
30 Wall Balls
30 Box Jumps
