Full Body Toning Yoga Workout: INTERMEDIATE VINYASA (30 minutes)
This intermediate total body toning vinyasa yoga class is the kind of practice I would do every morning & part of my daily morning routine. In this vinyasa yoga class we move through sun salutations, standing poses, forward folds, twists and wind down, aiming to relieve any stiffness + aches in the body giving you a total body stretch. This home yoga class can be practiced in the morning as a part of a relaxing yoga routine to set you up for a great day, or in the evening if you have been sitting a lot/ want an energizing yoga practice/ power yoga practice, building heat in the body giving you a strong yoga workout. This full body yoga stretch incorporates hamstring stretches, hip openers, heart openers, using breathing exercises to calm your nervous system down and ground you. This intermediate yoga class is designed for those who have an existing yoga practice + will improve your flexibility and strength if done consistently over time. Yoga is one of the most powerful healing modalities if you are suffering from panic attacks, insomnia/ are seeking yoga therapy. I recommend incorporating yoga into your daily routine- at night as part of your yoga for night time routine, or in the morning if you are feeling sluggish and need to wake up. If you are feeling anxious or have had panic attack, the focus on deep breathing and grounding can help you shift your internal state and calm your mind. This 30 minute yoga class can be practiced as yoga for weightloss practice and is just enough time to drop into your body and move with intention + ignite some heat in the body!
