Facilitators: Ms. Wendy Bray (Veterans Affairs Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, (VA OSDBU)), and Ms. Miranda Butzlaff (Office of Construction & Facilities Management, (OFCM)).

This session designed to orient attendees to OFCM, began with Ms. Butzlaff providing the priorities and goals of her office and information on the current year's budget, top NAICS codes, and how firms can do business with their office. Next, she provided information on VA Pathfinder, recommendations to firms to increase their visibility to CFM, and common mistakes made by vendors awarded contracts. Finally, a question and answer period took place, and participants left with several internet resources to aid them on their business journey.
