I'm a Nichiren Daishonin Buddhist. I've been chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo since 2006 and i've have been an SGI-UK member since 2007. I'm Autistic with ADHD, and the chanting videos help me in my daily practice.

I created this channel to help us all in our Buddhist practice, with audio to chant along to, Buddhist Study - my take on Basics Of Buddhism & The Gosho - as well as Inspirational Quote Shorts Videos, my monthly podcast, Daily Gongyo live feed & videos which show an insight into my life - me being silly, more often than not :)

Another passion of mine is both listening to, and making music. I have a synth set-up and love creating instrumental electronica music. Both of my other channels are where i showcase the music that i create. @ThePowerOfSerenity is where i post videos of the same songs i have on streaming services such as Spotify, and @LandOfTranquilLight for longer, more relaxing versions.
