MAMA ROSE IS AT IS AGAIN! This time she got some very rare fish from the mountains and decided to cook them for us with coconut milk. The fish are really local to Cateel, and something that you can't find often... you have to know people who can catch them!

The rare fish was delicious, and the way this Filipina mom cooks is always the best! Coconut milk is always a good decision for cooking in the Philippines!

Another day in our lives here along the coast... and another awesome experience in Davao Oriental! Oh, and our roof has a net now.
